Barcode Scanner &amp; QR Scanner is a free utility that transforms your smartphone into a powerful QR Code, Barcode, and Data Matrix scanning tool. With just a simple scan using your phone's camera, Barcode Scanner quickly recognizes and retrieves barcode information.
When scanning a QR Code, the app automatically directs you to the associated website if the code contains a URL. For codes containing text or other formats like phone numbers or email addresses, you'll immediately see the information or be prompted to take appropriate action.
In addition to QR Codes, Barcode Scanner now supports regular barcodes such as UPC, EAN, and ISBN. This feature allows you to gather information about scanned products, enabling you to research and find places to purchase your favorite items.
You can also use Barcode Scanner to decode various types of text, URLs, ISBNs, email addresses, contacts information, calendar events, and more with just one click. The app also offers the ability to create and share your own QR Codes and barcodes quickly with friends through various apps and social networks.
